let's keep it transparent, junk removal isn't cheap
We are a paid service that is providing you with labor and disposal of unwanted items. Although we try to Donate first before Disposal, we have costs to account for. Paying for our services prevents you from needing to stress your body with lifting heavy boxes and furniture, battling with donation pick up schedules, dealing with the mess of Facebook marketplace, and having to rent a truck to dispose of it yourself.
how pricing works, in simple terms
We charge you by how many cubic yards are occupied in our vehicles. We may also charge for time for tedious or large jobs.

In addition to volume, we may charge for extra time for large clean outs, poor accessibility like high rise condos, stairs, or walks over 150'.
In small cases, we will charge an extra 15 minutes, and in other cases, by the hour.

Due to construction debris being a more dense weighted material, we load our vehicles different from regular furniture loads.
With debris, we "bedload" up to 2' in height, to help keep the weight under control.
